How do I access the templates?
- Canva: After purchase, you’ll receive a PDF containing your template link. Click the link to copy the templates directly to your Canva account.
- Squarespace: After purchase, you'll automatically receive a contributor invite via email to access your Squarespace site.
Do I need Canva Pro or a paid Squarespace plan?
All Canva templates work with the free version unless otherwise noted.
Some products include frames that use Canva’s Background Remover, which requires a Canva Pro subscription.
A paid Squarespace plan is required to publish any website you build with our templates.
Can I customize the colors, fonts, and images?
Yes! All templates can be fully customized with your brand colors, fonts, and images.
What if I need help customizing?
Each template comes with basic customization instructions. For additional support, contact us via email at support@willoestudio.com and we'll help guide you through the process.
How long do I have access?
You’ll have lifetime access to the templates via your Canva or Squarespace account. You can return to edit or reuse them at any time.
Do you offer custom template design services?
Currently, Willoe Studio does not offer custom template design services. We focus on providing a range of pre-designed, fully customizable templates that cater to various industries and design styles.
