All products sold by Willoe Studio are digital downloads. Due to the nature of these products:

• All sales are final.
  

• Once a digital product has been purchased and downloaded, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued.
  

• If you have not yet downloaded your purchase, you may contact us at support@willoestudio.com within 24 hours of purchase to request a refund.
  

• By purchasing, you expressly consent to immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal (the “cooling-off period”) under EU consumer protection law.
