Refund policy

DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND DOWNLOADS

Willoe Studio provides digital products for immediate download. Due to the nature of these products, refunds are strictly limited and subject to the following conditions:

1. Refunds are only considered if the digital product has not been downloaded.
2. Once a digital product has been downloaded, no refund will be granted under any circumstances.
3. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of Willoe Studio.
   

 

REFUND ELIGIBILITY AND PROCESS

To be eligible for a refund consideration:

1. The refund request must be received within 2 days of the purchase date.
2. The account associated with the purchase must be in good standing.
3. All refund correspondence must be conducted via the registered email address associated with the purchase.

The refund process is as follows:

• Refunds are only available for products purchased directly from https://willoestudio.com.
• Willoe Studio cannot process refunds for products bought via other Official Retailers. For such purchases, please follow the refund process of the applicable retailer in accordance with their terms and conditions.
• The refund process is manual and may take between 5 to 10 Business Days to process. This period may be extended during busy periods.
  
  

 

REFUND OUTCOMES

Should a refund be granted:

• Willoe Studio will send a confirmation email with the processor reference, confirming the refund has been granted and processed.
• The rights and license granted to You by the purchase are terminated upon receipt of the refund or the confirmation email, whichever occurs first.
• You are prohibited from downloading the digital product after receiving the refund.
• All future use of the digital product and/or sales of products created using the digital product are prohibited.

Should a refund not be granted:

• You will be notified by email of the decision and our reason(s) within 5 to 10 business days.
• The decision is final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
  
  

 

VERIFICATION OF NON-DOWNLOAD

Willoe Studio reserves the right to verify the non-download status of any digital product before processing a refund. By submitting a refund request, you consent to this verification process.

 

NO COOLING-OFF PERIOD

No cooling-off period applies in respect of any Digital Product(s) and/or Service(s) ordered via the Website, as the information ordered and delivered to You digitally by Willoe Studio cannot, by its nature, be returned. Notwithstanding the provisions of this clause, You may cancel the Order prior to downloading the digital product.
